Sri Utama Schools held its Alumni and Graduation Night 2011 at The Royale Chulan Hotel, Kuala Lumpur on the 25 February 2011, form 7:00pm to 12:30am. The ceremony was attended by our distinguished guest, Tan Sri Dato’ Napsiah Omar, Chairman of Sri Utama Schools Y. Berusaha En. Hassan Mohd. Ali, Our beloved principal, Y. Berusaha  En. Fawzi Abd. Karim, along with other VVIP and VIP guests from the Ministry or Education and others.

UIS Prize Giving Ceremony 2010 PDF Print E-mail

This year the UIS prize giving ceremony was held on the 16th of July. This event marked the end of the last term for the UIS students. At the end of three terms, the students are rewarded for their diligence as well ability to excel  both in academics as well as in extramural activities. This year the event was kicked off with a parade from the primary students who displayed the rich cultural and multinational heritage of the school. This was followed by speeches from the Head Prefects of the primary and secondary schools .

On 16 October 2009, the boarders and the UPSR students gathered at school around 9.00 a.m. We were accompanied by eleven teachers. They were our principal Pn. Siti Faridah, Pn. The Lion Dance


The lion dance is displayed during the Chinese New Year period. It symbolizes prosperity and good fortune and is believed to chase away evil spirits. This year our school invited a lion dance team to come and perform in our school on the 16th February 2011. The performance took place during the co-co period. As the performers assembled their various equipment, the students grew anxious. The performance began with a bang through the loud beats of the drum which set the right mood for the entertainment .

Teachers' Day 2010 PDF Print E-mail

VENUE :  SCHOOL


This year Teachers’ Day in our school was held on the 21st of May. The event was kicked off by the teachers singing a song as well as the recital of the teachers’ pledge. As the teachers left the stage, the students took over to present a wide range of performances.  Students from the primary as well as the secondary schools were on the stage to entertain the teachers  with their wonderful performances. The performances ranged from modern to classical. The dancers  captivated the audience with their upbeat movements and fast tempo. After  the performances  prizes were given out to the winners of the matches between the teachers and students.
