Sekolah Sri Utama celebrated their prize giving day on the 21st of November 2008. The event started with a speech by the chairman, Encik Hassan Md Ali followed by another speech by Pn Siti Faridah, our school principal and the secondary head prefect, Jagjit Singh Sidhu. After the speeches, there were a few perfor-mances by the students. The event then began with the prize giving for the primary students and then the prize giving for the secondary students.
These prizes were awarded to the students for their achievements throughout the year. Many students received their prizes. They were all very happy and their parents who were there, were proud. The event lasted for two hours and ended with the singing of the National Anthem and the School Song.
